Stefan Cohen founded Glue Factory after spending years discovering that the most powerful projects aren't just consumed, they're discussed. In 2020, he built a creative studio from his apartment that somehow convinced McDonald's to make their first video game in decades and bring back their mascot Grimace for the first time in 25 years. That collaboration generated 9.7 billion impressions and contributed to $3.8 billion in additional revenue, all from a two-person team competing against massive multinational agencies.

At Krool Toys, Stefan pioneered a new approach to brand collaborations by pitching and closing deals with Nike, Gap, Warner Music Group, and others. Working with artists like Travis Scott and BTS, they proved that great ideas could win against any budget.

Now managing documentary filmmakers at Documentary Forever, Stefan continues to work at the intersection of culture and conversation. glue factory represents the next evolution: a recognition that in our noisy world, the most valuable currency isn't attention, but genuine engagement that makes people want to turn to their friend and say, "You have to see this."
